Our founder (Sarah) has 30 years of administrative experience alone! The rest of the team isn’t far behind, averaging out to 15 to 20 years of experience each. Andrew (commonly known as Drew around here) is from the U.S. but we don’t hold it against him. Drew is a family man in the very best sense and tradition of Dads. As a graduate of West Virginia University’s Integrated Marketing Communications Masters program, Drew brings his zest for life, creative thinking and joy in being outside of the box to the team. He designs marketing campaigns to suit any business or entrepreneur. He also believes in, and is committed to, living to leave the world in a better place by finding alternative solutions, overcoming challenges and providing thoughtful support to everyone.

Armed with expertise, creative flair, and relentless sarcasm, Kitty is here to help you crush your goals. Their 15+ years of experience turning complex content into clear, engaging resources with style, efficiency, and a heavy amount of caffeine-fueled brilliance make Kitty our right-hand document slayer. As a sword-and-shield wielding champion for neurodivergent clients, Kitty brings their full toolkit when it comes to organizing ideas, wrangling chaos, and turning brainstorming sessions into pure magic. When they’re not streamlining your to-do list, Kitty is getting lost in music, devouring books, or obliterating foes in their favorite RPG (both tabletop and digital) — all while wrangling their delightfully chaotic blended family.

Sharon Gauthier
Design Deity
Sharon is our newest team member and brings a variety of skills to yours. She has several years of experience managing social media, providing translations (Sharon is fluent in both English and French), coding websites, and her main claim to fame: creating graphics and illustrations. Add Sharon to your team, and her drive and flexibility will be invaluable assets.

This means that Cara brings a wide-ranging background to their role on the team – from entrepreneurship to event and travel planning to public relations – Cara has skills to help you navigate your way to your goals. Need social media content? Covered. Want to plan a retreat to take your client relationships to the next level? Let’s do it! Need a brand-new public relations campaign? Okie dokie. When not exercising their magpie skills to learn and do more, Cara loves to chill with her 2 partners and her pets, teach yoga, play video games, make pottery and other cool art and connect with the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
